Happy New Year! Are you ready for a new year? Or are you carrying the old stuff from the past year into this new year? I know for me personally, I'm almost in shock when I realize that I have been here for more than 22 years past the terminal prognosis I was given in 1989! ~~~~ So what caused this shift from certain death to a healthy vibrant life? From a wheelchair in 1989 to robust health and vitality into 2012? One thing I can tell you for sure is that it was a complete overhaul of my attitudes and beliefs! And the daily practice of writing 5 things I am grateful for each and every day in my gratitude journal has been a huge part of that shift in attitude. ~~~~ So take a few mnutes to watch this beautiful video - several times - and really allow yourself to transcend your mind and thoughts and get in touch with your heart and soul. That's where true healing begins and takes place for any and all cancer patients and survivors. Then write down any feelings, perceptions, and visions that surface from immersing yourself in the quotes and pictures presented throughout the video.
