Yes, I can absolutely guarantee you that laughter is critical for both, enduring the journey of cancer, and overcoming it. Furthermore, it is a very important step in the prevention of cancer as well. I know this from the perspective of the patient - as well as that of a caregiver. Been there, done that, as the saying goes, on both counts.
In fact, lots of peer-reviewed research indicates a direct link between laughter and great health.
